@VerizonSupport It also says the account is locked but there is no way to resolve the issue online and we can’t get through by phone. Been on hold over 2 hours.

@VerizonSupport Yes, when we answer the security question, it’s saying it’s invalid and we’ve tried resetting the password multiple times. Is there someone from tech support who can call us live? This has been over a week.

@FedEx @FedExHelp @FedExForum Where is the accountability for urgent and time sensitive packages? Had a laptop and new job supplies marked as “Attempted” although I was home all day. No note on door. No knock. Can’t get any help or answers.
