Today the live events industry across the UK is coming together in solidarity for

. A series of creative actions will see 100s of venues turn their lights red to symbolise the industry going into red alert & call on the government for support:
Following the sad news of the loss of Bill Kenwright CBE, many theatres will be honouring his career at 7pm on Thursday 26 October by dimming their lights, paying tributes on their screens or washing their theatres in Everton blue.
