Give me that player that puts in the extra work. I can coach them to be better. The talented kid is great to have, sometimes that will set a bad tone for the rest of the team. TEAM 1st Hardworking players builds culture 👍

If you open the gym up for 1 of your players 🤔 you should be ready 2 open up the gym for all your players ✊ only making the gym available for certain players and not all is weak sauce 🏀💪

If U R 6’1 and under with no interest/ no offers 24 or 25 find some good D3/NAIA/ JUCO programs with JV team go prove you can hoop at the college level 🤝 waiting for someone 2 hopefully make a connection is probably going 2 be a long stretch it is tuff 2 promote a short guard💪

Player can already dribble the 🏀 yet get with a trainer and work all 🏀 handling drills like 🤷♂️ teach these dudes how 2 move without the 🏀 catch and shoot 🏀 pass and screen away and relocate and shoot and a few defensive drills would help 🤔 help build their confidence 🙏💪

WIAA please add the shot clock and get rid of the transfer rule. If a kid has a coach that does not believe in them or plays his friends kids or kids of teachers. Let the kids play where they want. “Sorry a little off topic” again let kids transfer to find the right fit👍

Find a skill trainer who will teach you more then 20 different combos🤝 find one that will teach how 2 move without the 🏀 and help you learn good shooting and good footwork 🤝 one that demands you 2 do it over and over and over and until you get it right👏 don’t settle 💯

When HS coaches allow freshman to play up on Varsity and go through the growing pains. That player benefits so greatly. More HS coaches should allow more then only 1 player to play up. Can’t prove you are ready from the bench🤷♂️👍

This is so true. I think some HS not all. Are so controlling. They will not allow players to play their game. Also, most not all have teachers/alumni/booster club kids on the team. They get all the game action.🤷♂️👍
