@Dell Paid ~$4,000 for a Dell XPS laptop 2 weeks ago. Keyboard just stopped working. Dell promised new one to be delivered & installed @ 4pm today. They no-showed! Now Dell says could be MONTHS before I get it repaired as the keyboard is back-ordered w/ no ETA. WTF!?? NOT OKAY!!

@RBC I paid you money to stop-payment on a pre-authorized debit. I did it before the deadline started on your website. You didn't stop the payment. And THEN you charged me a $45 fee BECAUSE you failed to stop the payment! And you claim this is my fault!?!?!?
