After the abhorrent & shocking knife attacks in Southport which took the lives of 3 innocent young children- we saw the disgusting riots which targeted local businesses and communities including the mosque. Yet acts of ordinary people shows how unity & hope prevails over hate.
Spare a thought for Tony Hill who has been working at break neck speed in blazing hot sun to rebuild the Southport mosque wall before the far right can return.
He said: “And if we have to build it again afterwards we will do just that.”

Memorial Day which marks the 29th anniversary of the Bosnian genocide in which over 8,000 Muslim men and boys were murdered in the space of just a few days and dumped in mass graves. To this day, a significant number of the victims' remains are still missing.
