It's probably super lame to say this NOW, but Kendrick's performance last night converted me. I'm a fan! There is some great stuff in his back catalog that I never gave the time of day. That has been remedied this morning!

Interesting morning reading on leadership and what it takes to be a good leader!

I keep getting mixed messages. I often hear from CISOs: "We have way too many tools; we need fewer security tools," and, often in the same breath, "We don't want platforms because of concentration risk!" You can't have it both ways!

Trimmed a few AI positions today. Many of these companies have reached peak valuation stupidity. We'll see if I'm right in 6-12 months. Check back with me then...

What's with the trend of slamming managers? I heard a person saying today: "The world needs fewer managers. They don't do anything. They just lead with strategy." When did strategic leadership capabilities get marginalized to zero? I've been hearing this a lot lately.
