Tua Tagovailoa's obvious concussion from last week will be under even more intense scrutiny following this. The NFLPA has already launched an investigation. Let's hope Tua is alright.
FSU & Clemson are trying to escape the ACC. The SEC says it is content at 16. The B1G is stretched thin & won't likely offer full value.
Can the Big 12 land a Hail Mary??
This would be the most toxic conference to ever exist, and I think we're all here for it. Imagine the Super Sun Belt. Regionality. Rivalries. 32 teams. A 4 team mini-playoff for the title. CFP G5 Bid would be🔒. 7 division games, 1 cross division, 2 cross conference, 1 FCS, 1 P4

reporting: The Big 12 is preparing invites for the 4 corners schools should the B1G move on Cal, Stanford, Oregon, & Washington. New Big 12 would reach 16 members with the additions of UCF, Cincy, Houston, BYU, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, & Arizona State.
Forbes reports that following the Pac 12's media negotiations, talks are likely to resume between the Pac 12 & ACC regarding a partnership known as the APAC (Atlantic-Pacific Ath. Conf.) Both conferences believe the merger would lead to greater media deal in 4 yrs time. Would you
CBS & The Athletic are reporting that talks have resumed between the Big 12 & the Four Corners schools. Colorado, Utah, Arizona, & Arizona State are rumored to bolt to the Big 12 should Pac 12 media value underperfom. Would you like to the see the Big 12 raid the Pac 12?
The Mountain West and Pac 2 are believed to be working on merging under the former Pac 12 banner for 2025 and beyond. Wazzu/OSU have a 2 year grace period to reform the conf. and potentially recover the CFP autobid. Interesting note, the conf. has discussed potential
Story: Oregon State and Washington State are close to agreeing to a 2-year football scheduling alliance with the Mountain West that is expected to include a compensation package as well as an intent for a future merger.

Is a 32 team ACC-Pac 12-Big 12 merger the only thing that can prevent the Power 2 from taking shape?
If the ACC releases FSU & Clemson from the GoR then voila, 32 P5 teams remain. It's time to think outside the box. 4 team divisions NFL style:
West
West: Wazzu, Oregon St, Cal,
Your first look at the New Pac 12 ft. today's addition of Utah State. The All-State Conference lives. Still 1 short of NCAA conference status, who does the Pac 12 add next?
A first look at the new Mountain West ft. today's addition, UTEP. This gives the MWC 7 full members & FB only member Hawaii. UTEP gives the conference a TX presence for the first time since TCU left in 2012.
Former 5⭐️Clemson QB DJ Uiagalelei is now receiving a transfer projection to Fresno State per On3. It was previously believed DJ would be a package deal with his younger brother 5⭐️DE Matayo who is believed to be deciding between Ohio State, Oregon, & USC.
BREAKING:
Delaware has accepted an invitation from CUSA and will join FBS for the 2025 season. The Blue Hens are 2003 FCS & 6x D2 Nat'l Champs and considered one of FCS' most powerful programs. Great addition to CUSA
Name two schools that feel like they should be bigger rivals. Ex: Auburn & Florida State. The schools are only 3.5hrs apart, roughly the same from Auburn to Athens & closer than each to Clemson. The teams have played in FB 19 times, last in 2014, with the Tigers leading 13-5-1
How can the Pac 4 remain united & nominally in a power conference? They'll have to cobble together a frankenstein conf that'll appease one another.

In 1990, the ADs of 16 schools from the Metro, Big East & A10 met in Dallas to assemble the nation's first superconference. The Conf. would've accounted for over 35% of the nation's TV households, equal to the B1G. Bc of this the SEC & ACC allegedly conspired to prevent its

Utah (a nonsignatory to the Big 12's GoR) has reportedly expressed interest in jumping ship to the ACC already. This would bring the ACC to 18 FB members & add one of CFB's premier programs of the last decade. How likely do you see the Utes -> ACC?
