@benfulton Thanks, @benfulton! But it was really a group effort by two different commission lineups six (!) years apart. It may have been that when I floated a benefit district back in the day, it got a knee-jerk negative reaction. We can eventually amend the policy!

Hey @aaron_renn @Ashton_Hackman @idsnews, I wrote a thing about redistricting the city council map of a college town, and the students who never get real representation. It's probably going to cost me my political career; maybe it's interesting.
