One of the Tory Government’s final acts was to try to stop the International Criminal Court doing its job.
Those who commit war crimes must be held to account, the victims must get justice and international law always be upheld.

In my King's Speech response, I welcomed our new Government's announcement of a Child Poverty Task Force.
I also said that this strategy must include scrapping the two-child benefit cap. Every leading child poverty expert says that is a key way to lift children out of poverty.
