I complained on Tuesday about plants I purchased from @GardeningExpres and have had zero response. The plants I ordered are in terrible condition, with disease and holes in the leaves, look up the Cordyline Pink Passion to see what they should look like! I want a full refund

@Virgin_TrainsEC This is from your customer charter "Our staff will be helpful, smart and considerate as they strive to deliver a service in line with your expectations." Do you think this was delivered to me when I traveled that day?

@Virgin_TrainsEC I have not asked for any disclosure. Your staff member's actions denied me my seat, I had to sit in someone else's reserved seat for half my journey and my seat was then taken - the staff member was rude and encouraged other passengers to join her in her rudeness. This is ok?

@AdrianNCL @VirginTrains You weren't there then and did not see what took place or know how long I had to wait or witness the behaviour of the staff member? Not sure how valuable your opinion therefore is

@Virgin_TrainsEC It was someone else's seat in another carriage, I would not have been able to stay in it. I was in someone else's seat for half an hour then had to move and my seat was taken. You don't mention the staff member's behaviour?

@Virgin_TrainsEC Please use my twitter name. Can you explain why you can't offer a refund? I was treated badly by an onboard staff member, made to seat in someone else's reserved seat and when I eventually got to me seat, it was occupied - I ended up sitting in their seat

@VirginTrains Retford to London - my complaint reference with customer service is REF: VTN-170918BKRR - I have gone through this in detail to be told this does not break your customer charter and although treated in this way and denied my seat, I don't qualify for a refund

@VirginTrains I discussed it with the hospitality staff member directly who was incredibly rude and told me she'd move when she was good and ready. She also encouraged seated passengers to mock me. It was great!

@VirginTrains In the aisle when the train came into the station. Everyone got on to take their seats and were told they'd have to stand until she'd finished serving the whole carriage when the train was moving. We had to go and take reserved seats in other carriages

@VirginTrains A hospitality staff member refused to remove a trolley to allow me and other passengers to take our seats. I did not get my booked seat for the entirety of my journey yet Virgin customer complaints team does not thinks this constitutes a breach of your customer charter?
