I don’t really post photos like this but damn. I really am a completely different person. I don’t love my body - I’m not sure I ever will. But I’m still so fucking proud of it.
Someday I hope to address the loose skin but for now, it’s a physical reminder of how far I’ve come.

At my heaviest a few years ago, I was 300lbs. In total, I've lost over 100.
But since I've started my health journey, I've lost over 80. I'm not going to say my current weight, but I'm proud of myself for pushing through tough mornings like today.
