1/ This account appeared on my tl once again (I’m blocked on my main for asking them to delete their post) so I’ll say this one last time, stop supporting such account that just reposts fanarts (sometimes without even crediting the artists).

2/ And even if they credit them, those artists explicitly say they don’t want to see their art reposted so why those accounts still generate so much engagement ? Sometimes more than the original artists

I don’t think y’all realize how this can affect those artists, their art might be their main source of income and even if it’s not it’s still disrespectful af to gain clout from their work especially when they don’t allow you to do so.

They can’t even credit the artist properly… it doesn’t take more than 5 min to find the og artist and without surprise they doesn’t allow repost either.

PS : I’m not saying this in a mean way if you were unaware of what this account has done and liked/rt their posts, just support the real artists instead, the one posted on this thread (there’s many more and it’s not hard to find them).
