Tech support scammers pretend to be computer technicians from a well-known company, claiming they found an issue with your computer. They ask for remote access, run a fake diagnostic test, and then try to make you pay for a nonexistent problem! . Don’t fall for this common scam!

Det. Anthony Joseph Venditti, who was assigned to the Organized Crime Control Bureau, was shot and killed on January 21, 1986 while conducting an investigation in #Ridgewood on St. Nicholas Ave & Myrtle Ave. Det. Venditti served the NYPD for 14 years. #FidelisAdMortem
