NJ TRANSIT has announced an emergency stabilization bus service plan to address the impacts to customers of the seven discontinued A&C and O.N.E routes. The plan ensures these customers continue to have uninterrupted access to the bus service they depend on every day.
Train cancellations are down 35% the first 9 mo. of 2019 compared to 2018. In Sept, cancellations are down 17% from last year, & on-time performance rose from 91.2% to 92.1%. There's still improvements to make but we're making strides in the right direction.

Starting Tomorrow, May 28, if you use a paper ticket onboard trains, your conductor will ask you to tear your ticket in their presence, and keep your cancelled ticket for travel. This helps minimize hand-to-hand contact, protecting both you and your conductor.
