@SamGichuru It's okay to use my name, I was the new minister/CS. It is not a secret. I won't hold it against you. I don't think it's personal. Transparency is a good thing.
However, when Matiangi was moved from ICT to Education and a new CS took over, the momentum slowed, and the rest is history. Unless we reform the ICT ministry, innovative ideas will continue to die and be revived a decade later. Gen-Z take over.
