Good news in today's Scottish Budget by @ShonaRobison. New advanced rate of income tax of 45% for those earning over Β£75,000. So further Β£82 million being raised. Overall Β£1.5 billion increase in Income Tax receipts. While Westminster cuts taxes, @theSNP protects public services.
