Creativity spans a wide spectrum of human activities. When people say LLMs are NOT creative, they often focus on specific types of creativity. Conversely, when they find LLMs to be highly creative, they're usually thinking about entirely different types. It would be fascinating to classify these different forms of creativity and establish ways to measure progress in each domain.

@sama To have the biggest impact on humanity: Release the training receipts and model weights for everything is not the latest release. Keep monetizing the latest release. I would actually buy more from OpenAI, not less, because I would trust OpenAI more.

I think it is a little overestimated but correct. Here another way to calculate that: Professional translation market used AI for the last 10 years. It is a $65B market, AI made translators 2x more productive. So $32B of value was created but AI model creators still make only 0,5B. In other words making people 100% more productive converted into 1% of revenues for the AI companies. It may take another 5 years to reach 2-3%, but it will.

@durov Lawyers are never cheap, it is probably a scam don't touch it 😂 BTW, only a AI translation translating individual UI strings without any context outside the string would have changed "Avocados" in french to "Lawyers". It is a localization disaster, send them to me please!
