We were pleased to be joined by community volunteers at Manor Crescent at Slyne with Hest planting almost 2,000 wildflower plug plants & wildflower seeds.
We're looking forward to seeing the fruits of our labour, which include Autumn Hawkbit, Red Clover and Cuckoo flower.

As part of the Our Future Coast project we've installed these grids on the shore at Bolton-le-Sands and Hest Bank with the help of volunteers.
They're made of waste potato starch (they contain no plastic), and have been designed to help regenerate damaged eco systems.
