service is no different, and so it is a great privilege to be the Patron of this exceptional Charity.
We are deeply saddened by the death of Her Majesty The Queen. It has been a privilege to serve London under Elizabeth II whose reign spans twice our Charity’s lifetime.
In 2018, 11-year-old Bruno was knocked off his scooter by a vehicle, suffering a catastrophic brain injury. London’s Air Ambulance was dispatched by aircraft and within minutes, our advanced trauma team were at the roadside to provide Bruno with urgent rapid response care.
In January 2022, Milana – a mother of two – accidentally fell from a great height in London.
Our advanced trauma team was dispatched and arrived at her side within minutes, the first on scene. They found Milana barely alive.
Our phenomenal Philanthropy Board at our Black and White Gala last night🧡
Huge thank you to our Philanthropy Board Chair, Julia, and the rest of the committee for their passion and hard work in organising last night’s gala.

We're thrilled to announce that yesterday, London's Air Ambulance launched an additional medical team. This means that the service will operate with two duty teams on call for London.🚗
Today marks a special moment in our history as our MD902 helicopters begin their final day of service.
Here’s a glimpse of its arrival from RAF Northolt to our helipad, ready for it’s last day of duty 🚁
We are disappointed not to feature in today’s Budget, despite the extensive efforts of our supporters in and out of parliament.
In the absence of government support, we need the backing of the people and businesses of London now, more than ever.
19 years on, we remember the 52 people who tragically lost their lives in the 7/7 attacks in 2005.
Our thoughts remain with those who were injured, their loved ones and those who continue to be affected. We are thinking of our emergency service colleagues who responded with us.
His Royal Highness, the Duke of Cambridge, has landed at our charity’s helipad. We are delighted to announce that he has done so as our charity’s patron for our 30th anniversary, and that he will continue to support our service for the coming year.
Proud to support

Medic 3 on route to a job earlier. The paramedic drives & doctor navigates to scene. The paramedic doesn't know what the incident is until they get to scene to ensure it doesn't affect driving, unless a stabbing or shooting when they must wear protective clothing.
This morning, we had the pleasure of welcoming one of our youngest ever donors to our helipad. Aged just 8, Muhammad saved up all of his birthday and pocket money and decided to donate it to our charity.
Thank you Muhammad for your amazing generosity 🙌
