@ehyshka I agree we need to give them a chance, see how they do before judging. But there is no question EPS and the province see those appointments as provocative, and city council had to know that. One was involved in litigation against the city, another has been a vocal critic of EPS.

@duncankinney If more $ actually ends up in the hands of housing/shelter providers, that could help. And if the province starts collecting better data on homelessness, that may also help. Those are big ifs, obviously. And I'm certainly skeptical on the province's willingness to share the data.
