Terumo have 7F slender sheaths but often use standard guides in a sheathless manner. Easiest is 🐈‍⬛ with 5 or 6F diagnostic in 7 or 8F guide. Tend to use pigtails or MPA - 125cm lengths

@drandrewsharp Wanted a cutting balloon, but had got rid of them all, in favour of more deliverable scoring balloons. Though if I had used one, I might not have been as confident of getting through. The visual confirmation with septals filling with rupture was very reassuring at the time!
