very interesting and helpful, thanks. I'm yet to do a proper test of the concept. There's a failure point above the threads that is breaking before I can do much testing, but just dropping the printed flights to the floor is causing them to spin. Makes me think it may be possible to dial it in. I've ordered some different plastic, and I'm going to try and glue in an interior metal pole to add a bit more strength to the threads.

@letkma do you think less twist might be more effective?
