@the_golfpro @JoeLodanosky KC had arguably their best player banned from last years playoffs & a double digit scorer from this years. The PIAA transfer rule is being enforced in D10. I can’t say it’s been enforced the same way in other Districts. Kennedy GBB In addition will be bumped up to 2A now.
