@Centrelink Your technical support team told me they only deal with MyGov issues, but she thought they had had a number of calls regarding problems with the Carers Allowance Income Review. Who do I ring for Centrelink support?

@Centrelink I was trying to avoid a lengthy wait on the phone. Can you confirm if the Carer Allowance Income Review service is working and it is just my problem?

@Centrelink I have tried using Edge on Windows 10 and Chrome on IOS. Service is still not available. Can you confirm that the service is available?

@Telstra Thanks Greg, we were up and running again not long after that tweet. A bit of call quality issues to begin with, but seemed OK after a few minutes. TIPT outages don’t seem to happen enough for us to have a plan to deal with them, which I suppose is a good sign.
