@sfermigier But when are you going to write a python back end for datastar? That's we are all waiting on... I use the go helpers, so I don't really need it but somebody who does it is going to be a hero... Miss you man.

@HawksGirl67 @SkyCricket @CamMagicMan To be fair, I am a man of beautiful words, but I don' think I'm the Ian Smith you meant. I can do cricket commentary, football commentary, etc if necessary...

Mehmet: I saw your article on medium and it was an excellent guide to the recent micro/mono debate! I've built a tool (open source) that actually allows you to "split the difference" between monolithic development and microservice deployments. Please DM me if you want more info; I would love to have someone who writes like you talking about tool, if you have the time.

@otteromt @paulkrugman I agree they will do what you say... but this is true no matter what you say. If you don't say anything that works in their "news" world to fit the story, they just make it up. Under such circumstances, the only approach is to try to tell the truth to the reality-based folks.

@CanUcheldreCtr Thanks for the credit, and I'm happy to accept it, but I suspect you meant a different Ian Smith.

@SykesCharlie In WW2 the brits and US commands refused to green light any plan to assassinate Hitler bc they thought decision making by GER might *improve*. Maybe the Senate dems should agree to this "past president immunity" foolishness pushed by JimJ so they clean up in 2024?

@MikeFlorioPFT Would a reasonable compromise with L.Jackson by Baltimore be a $100M signing bonus (the best kind of guaranteed $) and then a 5 year deal that escalates precipitously? E.g. If LJ plays well (and bets on himself) he could reach (say) 60M a year in year 4...

@Amanlucky696 @iamqadirkhawaja @Sdoull @nasirhussain I would say that I am happy to do cricket commentary when given a chance, but I'm probably not the Ian Smith you are looking for. Give me a time to audition over the internet and I'm there.

@PFT_MikeFlorio What if every injury in the NFL were treated like concussions and people with something to lose (MDs, their licenses) were required to sign off that "participation in an NFL game will not harm the players prospects later in life"?
