@gg1234635 Power cycle your device- Unplug/switch off from the main switch for 30 seconds and back on. Power cycle your router - Unplug/switch off from the main switch for 30 seconds and back on. Reset the ITVX app - Settings > About > Reset

@mooncaz Sorry to hear you are having some trouble playing 'Love Island' from Scotland. Scotland viewers may have trouble playing content from ITV1 and ITV1 catch-up, this is to comply with our broadcasting and rights regulations, and you would need to watch that content over on STV
