First State Championship for Casa Grande since playoffs began in the late 1960s. Cougars went undefeated (13-0) in their 91st season of varsity football.
To those seniors playing your final game tonight: Your dedication to the sport year-round doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for the sacrifices you've made to have football become a part of your high school life. At some point tonight, take a moment and breathe it all in.
