I enrolled in school and start in July to become a Psychiatric Health Technician. I’ve been saying I wanted to do this for so long with no actual motivation to do it and I finally did and I’m just so proud of myself and excited.

I’m so proud of myself. I’ve always had white coat hypertension and I’ve been practicing on my breathing exercises when I go see my doctor knowing they’re going to check my blood pressure. I’ve had normal blood pressure the last 3 visits! 🥹

If you see a dog at a restaurant, DO NOT go up to that dog without asking. Philo goes with us to most dog friendly restaurant patios and while I acknowledge that it’s the public, I still expect people to be respectful and ask to pet my dog.

I will say my doctor did tell me to pre-medicate with 800mg of ibuprofen beforehand. I just had my 4 week check up and all is well thankfully but I’m still bleeding and cramping 4 weeks in. 😂

My doctor used a “numbing spray” that didn’t do a thing. She immediately started dilating my cervix right after “numbing” me and the pain I felt nearly made me throw up LOL. Then she had to re-dilate me because I wasn’t dilated enough. 🫠
