Hello, looking at this line it seems that we left only 15% behind on the river to bet, which is unlikely to gather any folds. This is an indicator that we should've bet smaller on earlier streets to have a useful bet size still left for the river, or that we should've bet 16k into 20k on the turn for the all-in. When having position in the bet bet bet line, the solver will usually do one of the two things: A) Bet smaller on earlier streets, and size up on later ones - works well when we want to go for some thin value and equity denial on the flop, but need stronger hands for value on turns and rivers. B) Bet the same or similar amount on every street, starting with a big flop bet - works well when we build a polarized betting range from the flop (AK2 flop comes to mind). The reason the solver will rarely use a smaller size on a later street after betting bigger on earlier street has to do with range construction. If I bet large on the turn, I am putting very strong hands in my range that will stay strong later, therefore I can't return back to betting small on the river to rep weaker value hands, unless the board changes dramatically. Hello Ben, this is quite an interesting spot, given that we are playing against extremely short stacks in a PKO, which could require a fairly wide continuing range to go after their bounties. Due to the spot being quite specific (huge discrepancy between our stack and opponents), we couldn't find something similar in our solutions library to give you an accurate answer. Sotos
