Shocked & annoyed by the depths of greed & opportunism on full public display in these frivolous lawsuits against struggling film exhibitors @FilmForumNYC & @IFCCenter by "Natalie Kovacs" as the litigant face of class action settlements, nitpicking over the fact that: ticket service fees are clearly disclosed at checkout, well before entering payment information...but (gasp) not at the initial event listing! Oh, the horror! Such victims we are! Poor Natalie. Meanwhile, in a country with diminishing support for the arts, sniveling opportunists, Karens & law firms twist the knife. Disgusting, tacky & gross:
