Work is ongoing to refurbish #fishing platforms around Wydon Water near #Hexham. The area is a nature reserve and the work to renew the platforms will secure its future for recreational fishing. We’re expecting the work to be finished later this month.

The enabling scheme on Trinity’s Rail, Road & Sea Enterprise Zone marks the third we have undertaken as part of the Port’s Enterprise Zone Accommodation Works, including the transformation of the nine-acre East Shore site and improvement works to the 3km port perimeter road! 👏

We have partnered with @esh_group to deliver a number of construction schemes, and over the past 12 months, these schemes have provided over 310 weeks of training for apprentices and 17 apprentices have benefitted from on-site experience to support their studies. #NAW2023
