We stand in solidarity with all survivors of child sexual abuse, exploitation and other forms of sexual violence. This devastating abuse disproportionately impacts women and girls and is a major cause of gender inequality in society.

Important judgment today. Congrats and thank you @louisetickle and @hansummers for your work to shed light on how the family court so often fails victims and survivors of abuse, including children.
Judgment in naming of Family Court judges in Sara Sharif case out today - "public scrutiny of judges and the justice process is essential to the rule of law" Congrats @louisetickle & @hansummers for a resounding success. Transparency and accountability go hand in hand.

Violence against women and girls is a national emergency. Tackling it needs a whole-society response which ensures we can access our rights and freedoms, support survivors, hold perpetrators accountable and prevent abuse.
