The people who say that effort matters to transition are always the people who got lucky and want to assert that their naturally provided elements are "skills" or otherwise impressive, as opposed to something they were given and didn't at all work for.
this is not to say there aren't some physical benefits to getting on puberty blockers or hrt young, it's just not the only thing that matters. effort and attitude are way more important imo

Just because your bones look roughly analogous to a woman doesn't change the fact that they're still biologically and constructionally male. And even if this is true, you'll be on the lower percentiles for women and there'll still be discrepancies (head size, hip width).

Passing is entirely determined by luck.
No amount of effort is going to make some people pass.
This is unfortunate and passing people often believe otherwise because they got lucky and thus believe others can, but it's just not possible.
