I am right there with you! Half way through and another year to go. .
I can't wrap my head around why there isn't a placement test for educators taking LETRS training. Much like the PAST for Phonological awareness-some sort of assessment that adjusts to what you still need and what you've already mastered. 25 hrs in, only about 175 more hrs to go.

Leaving teachers out of the decision making is a crime & it’s our Ss that will suffer. Do better @MikeDeWine @OHEducation and commit to learning about how to teach reading rather than being persuaded by large companies who will profit from your decisions!.
@OHEducation @OHEducationSupt @GovMikeDeWine @whcs_tigers We ALL want Ss to learn to read. Curriculum banning & mandating will not help teachers support learners in Ohio public schools. Please invite a diverse panel of OH classroom teachers, OH certified reading specialists, & OH university faculty to serve on OH Dept of Ed committees.
