Never ever flying @KLM again. The cancelation of economy premium with a downgrade for a flight GRU -> AMS and again AMS -> GRU last week + baggage loss, damage and theft. Letting everyone know that they sell premium, give you economy and you will "eventually" get a refund.

@AmericanAir Once again, thank you @AmericanAir , but I would like a formal follow up regarding this incident as we are talking about a serious misconduct on the part of an employee of yours. I would like to give you a chance to straighten this out before I seek legal measures.

@AmericanAir This flight attendant, Carla made fun of the fact that my mother needed medication and spoke to me in a threatening tone. I have never been treated like this on ANY flight. @AmericanAir, not sure training will suffice

Mistreated on flight AA929 from MIA to GRU last night. Flight attendant made rude remarks and answered in a debauchery tone when my 76 year old mother said she needed access to her overhead luggage for medication. Carla, the FA, threatened to deboard us. @AmericanAir

@euricapires @OliverStuenkel I don’t think it really matters if he’s left or right wing at this point. Our current situation in Brazil can be compared to either choosing to die by drowning or being burnt alive. Both scenarios are dire.
