Mr. President, bottom up economic model was to improve livelihoods before increasing statutory deductions. Most Kenyans can hardly afford three decent meals a day. Why think of increasing NSSF & NHIF contributions before reducing the cost of basic commodities?

When
@RailaOdinga

I have a dream that one day Kenya will have functional public facilities. I look forward to a country children will access quality education in public primary schools. I look forward to a fully functional system where boys are not selected to join girls schools.
The situation in Kenya is worrying. Of the 47 Counties, only Machakos has an oxygen plant and functional HDU & ICU wards that are full as at now. The hospital is admitting patients from other counties. We are of the opinion that health should be a national government function.
Dear parents, your title comes with responsibilities. Let's stop the blame games and raise husband's and wives from day one. Don't expect miracles from heaven. If you want your daughter to get a good husband, I expect my son to get a good wife. Have you raised one for him?
The problem is not Michael Joseph. We are to blame for allowing some individuals to milk from us every year while subsidiaries are making profits. It is a shame.

Why do Kenyan consumers shy away from claiming their rights as provided for in the constitution? You will keep spending more for basic commodities. Time to rise up and claim your rights.

Why AfCFTA?Africans have a rich history of living together as communities and sharing among themselves the little that nature provides. It is in our DNA to trade among ourselves.

No more poison in our food! In the past year, we've been exposed to food with harmful chemicals that damage our health and the environment. The Gov't must ensure that consumers have access to safe and healthy food by banning

Kenyans are angry with the mismanagement of past loans. Reason we are telling IMF not to add salt to our fresh wounds.

Constant outages & infuriating foot-dragging in restoring power. Grossly inflated electricity bills. Taking ages to connect potential clients to the national grid. After years of arrogance & monopoly,

is staring at its own long permanent blackout.

Kenyans are left with no choice but to consume what is available in the market. It is upon the government to protect their lives. We are what we consume.
