On the topic of DS Kirby aesthetics, the unique idle animations for some of the abilities in Squeak Squad are high-key the best official 2D Kirby animations. I wish they would implement similarly expressive and playful animations with him in 3D. So much character!
i really admire how visually stunning a lot of the ds kirby releases were. like my fav art directions are in these games ESPECIALLY in squeak squad and mass attack

One of the wack things about AI art is I used to just be able to see a piece of art and enjoy it for what it is, now I see an image and have to go verify wether it was made by a person or if I have to block whoever posted it. That new part of the process is joyless.
