So. If the ED is broken, then the rest of the hospital must also become broken. If you can’t beat them, join them? Where will these patients go if there is physically no space on wards? Who will care for them? Asking for a friend.

I worked with a team on early deterioration and was nominated for a community innovation award at the Local Goverment Awards (didn’t win). The same crew are also up for a HSJ award in September. Whatever happens, today I got some roses in SDEC.
