Usage is billed based on a very small unit. Assuming our company has employees in two different time zones (and it happens to be an equal split), the average usage of our server would only be half of the usual (since only half of the people are online at any given time).

We are certainly looking for cloud providers with lower costs, but at this stage, in addition to computing resources, we also require a global cloud provider like AWS or GCP to provide us with an anycast IP to serve as a unified entry point.

You're correct; many services, like Campfire, haven't been designed with horizontal scaling in mind, so the easiest approach for Zeabur would be to scale vertically by providing more resources to the containers during peak periods.

Theoretically, it's possible. But in reality, based on our experience, setting up a Supabase (include all the services it needs) has proved to be somewhat challenging.
We're still striving to simplify this intricate system into a one-click deployable template.
