boxy temp geometry aside, this is getting a lot closer to the game's target style (dreamy pseudo-psx / pseudo-gamecube)
an idea I had for a furry VN:
you play as a gay college football player who's slowly working his way out of the closet, with the help / support of his little kitty bf. and all his anxieties re: being publicly queer are rendered as cartoony struggles with his "inner demons"

i've been getting into some real environment modeling for ottergame now, and reminding myself to plan things out (drawing maps, doing little thumbnail paintings, etc.) has made it feel a lot more surmountable. making convincing spaces is hard lol

hey - I do think about it sometimes, but the game was pretty disconnected and it would still take some effort to make a build usable or playable. It's effort I'd rather be spending on my new stuff atm
