Not to brag but I cook pork exactly the same way. And I keep it simpe, only marinate with black paper, salt and rarely put garlic. I am using the wrong pan so don't attack me 😂
These adventures really helped a lot in reducing stress and anxiety levels while made me less angry towards life, not to mention kept me physically fit as carrying those cast iron pots while hiking to find perfect spots to set camp was no walk in the park 🥵
