This morning, the ribbon was cut to mark the completion of Union Grantville, the 250-unit residential complex developed just steps away from Grantville Station. Residents will begin moving in next week, just in time for the SDSU Fall semester(a short 4 minute Trolley ride away).

We're bummed by the vote as well. Millions of dollars could be better allocated to make public transit enticing, get people out of their cars, and actually decrease congestion. Instead, the city just approved to be another example of how widening a freeway doesn't reduce traffic.
We are deeply disappointed with the council’s unanimous vote in moving this legacy project forward.
It goes against and shows a lack of commitment toward their stated climate goals.
