I mean… how is that for a dining view?☺️⛵️
Tucked away on our wee peninsula, away from the world… try as we may to explain it, it’s something you really need to feel for real, a special feeling…
…one you’ll hold in your heart.
Wishing you all a lovely weekend🥰
We are over the moon to share that we have won National Restaurant of the Year at the

Here’s Head Chef Mike collecting a fine haul of Scottish langoustines at the Port Appin Pier (or if you’re familiar, outside😂).
We are proud to support local fishermen and produce from local sources, sometimes only minutes from our door… to the shore🐚🌊🦞.

Just a wee window on the west coast of Scotland, but one that could tell a thousand stories.
We managed to capture this reflection in one of the restaurant windows, isn’t it amazing?☺️
The vista of Loch Linnhe and the isles, always the same yet always changing.

We are so happy to announce that we will reopening the hotel and restaurant on Saturday 24th July. After being closed for 10 days to allow those staff who needed to isolate and recuperate, everyone who will be returning to work this weekend have returned negative covid tests.
Our famous creel caught langoustines fished by local Eoghan Black. His boat comes direct to the pier so if you’re lucky, you’ll catch a glimpse of them coming ashore. Served grilled with garlic butter or our own house lemon mayonnaise & perfect with a glass of our Italian Grillo
We are over the moon to find out that we have been recommended in The

Port Appin welcomes a new ferry, the Lady of Lismore! The Lismore ferry is such a fundamental link between the mainland and the island where we have 6 of our staff that regularly use it to commute. Doesn't she look smart?!
