The tragedy of Uganda and much of Africa is not leaders who do not know. The tragedy is leaders(read elite) who know but use their knowledge to dupe the majority population. We have no shortage of leaders with brains. We need leaders with hearts.

Great. However, it will be the final products(quality of graduates) from it to show whether it is almost Harvard and not just SUN(Soroti University). Looking forward to engineers from SUN who will build another "Soroti-Moroto road" without Chinese.

Great job but police sometimes cause more harm(read jam) than good when they interefere with traffic lights.

Indeed, and the road infrastructure across the country is generally getting impressive. My village on the Soroti-Moroto Road is enjoying perhaps the best road in UG, courtsey of UNRA/CCCC!

Will only join the applause the day Kampala has meaningful city tourism beyond Miss Curvey. Something as basic as Museum of Independent(contemporary) Uganda.

Great move. Building a Jewish museum at the old aiport, to highlight the 1976 Entebbe raid victory by Israeli commandos, would be an icing on the cake. Been talked of in whispers for a while.
