If m+ is supposed to be an endgame bracket like raiding and pvp in 9.1, lust drums nerf needs to be reverted to 25%. Bloodlust is a massive criteria in comp selection and it being only available to 3 classes is creating an incredibly restritive meta.

Raid Nerfs are fine to an extent. Mythic difficulty should be difficult. Not everyone beats games like Elden Ring / Sekiro or gets gladiator in 3v3 or reaches challenger in league. Not every guild needs to be able to clear the last Boss on the highest difficulty.

For 10m raiding to be even remotely balanced class design would have to change drastically. Some classes are way too mandatory in 20m, would be even worse in 10m. Some of my best raiding memories come from 10man and 8man savage blind in FFXIV is getting very close to it!

Make holy paladin and mistweaver healing not require melee range or make them suck. There is already too many melee specs being left out of raiding and many of the spots that are available being hardlocked due to mandatory buffs/debuffs is not helping either

Breath of Sindragosa needs to be capped to (and balanced around) ~40s duration at the max. Infinite Breath just completele overshadows the whole spec, makes frost's damage profile very one-dimensional and borderline unplayable in situations like M+.
