Go setup a proxy server on your home internet and check the API calls. You don’t need to see the code. The calls would likely tell you the story. There’s so many things that could be causing that delay. Assuming it’s bad client code with no proof is unfair. Elon is out of line.

Yeah and if they work and earn in bitcoin they’ll pay 50% more for groceries some months or 50% less others. So in addition to being poor they now have to time currency fluctuations and can’t even hodl which has been the only benefit of bitcoin. Bitcoin doesn’t solve this.

Nah, they won't. The experience at these places is all over the place. There's often something that makes the stay unpleasant. e.g. loud noise, low quality bed, etc. I've come back around to hotels. Consistency. $ABNB will never replace hotels but will have their place too.

These are all very true but I'd add one more...
- incentivize them to enable new/external members to onboard.
Ignoring this will likely eventually lead to huge productivity hit. Unless nobody ever leaves or the team's work doesn't survive.
How to make teams productive:
- keep them very small
- have as few priorities as you can
- do as few hours of meetings as possible
