This doesn't make much sense. The appropriate measure should be punishment per number of offence. If men commit an offence 1,000 times but get punished 200 times while women commit the same offence 100 times but are punished 90 times, then they're unfairly punished. Simple.

I don't agree with those telling me Pep won a tougher league, the same league won by Pellegrini. Guardiola and Emery were both appointed to win the Champions League. Neither of them has delivered, and Emery actually lost to Barcelona and Real Madrid, not Monaco and Liverpool.
