Let me address this before things get a little out of control. I'm swore post race because that was honestly pure emotion. 2021 I was in a dark place in life watching the Olympics , 2024 I'm Olympic silver medalist 5th fastest time all time. Keep fighting people 😤 now onto 4x4

Thanks to everyone who supported. Double Olympic medalist , 5th fastest ever in the 400m, 2 Area records and overall came out of the competition healthy✅Couldn't ask for anymore really. Now to finish the season strong and build , see you soon 🏃🏾♂️💨

3 competitions , 3 colours , 3 individual medals . Each medal was special in their own way and taught me so much in my development of becoming a better 400m athlete. Thanks to everyone involved and the the jobs not done now to focus and recover for the relay 😤✌🏽

Who says team GB don't have a mens 4x400 team ! No worlds , No commonwealths , first time we've all come together in any type of setting and we came and won Europeans with the fastest time since 2017. Honestly just the start with the boys and proud to be part of it.

After my European 400m Record in Oslo, I’ve decided to skip the European Championships in Rome and get back into training for the Olympic Games in Paris. Best wishes to everyone in Rome. I will be back for the UK Championships at the end of the month.
