I've started to become intentional about not listening to stimulating sounds like music or podcasts during the rest times during my day (ex: commute).

Every time I come back to Europe, it astounds me how incredible the infrastructure is for young people to travel.
I cancelled my train 30 min before it left (got refunded), booked tomorrow's train for €11 (Budapest→Vienna), & got a 9.1/10 star hostel for €12.
