What a difference a caring, committed nurse can make. I still don't feel great, or emotionally, stable but I was in HY-sterics when she came on shift. And after 10 minutes with her I've at least ceased the snot face ugly crying & puking.

Crazy how early ppl eat on Thanksgiving. Since I can remember, it's been Thanksgiving DINNER. A light but fancy breakfast w/family, ppl arrive around 1 or 2pm & you spend hours chatting & eating apps. Dinner served by 5/6pm. Coffee/dessert by 7pm. THEN SNOOZE. Ppl rly done rn?
